Description: Trust Administrator - Our client is in need of a Trust Administrator in Houston, Texas. This person will be responsible for administering trusts and trust related investment and charitable entities, as well as personal investments on the behalf of the beneficiaries. Duties include:

- Initiating transactions on behalf of the trustee;
- Interfacing directly with investment advisors and coordinating investment activities;
- Documenting beneficiary distributions and monitoring requests;
- Consulting with tax advisors regarding tax efficiencies and tax attributes for proposed
investments, distributions and other transactions; and
- Coordinating on compliance matters for corporate governance, audits, and
examinations, and supporting accounting and banking operations departments.

Qualified candidates must have:

- Law Degree and/or CPA;
- 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, family office or business environment;
- Exposure and understanding of Fiduciary Administration or Representation of Fiduciary;
- Thorough understanding of and ability to interpret trust agreements, partnership
agreements and other formation documents;
- Proven business acumen including the ability to read and interpret financial
- Ability to facilitate and administer transactions and requests with a strong sense of
urgency and responsiveness to others needs; and the
- Ability to work professionally with other departments, teams, and advisors in a
collaborative manner.
