Description: Labor & Employment Attorney (#2611) – Our client, a large company based in Dallas, is looking for an attorney with 6+ years of experience, including negotiating with Unions. We are searching for an attorney responsible for Collective Bargaining Agreements, negotiating with various Unions, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, and advising the company on union campaigns, avoidance, and grievances. You will also provide advice on employment agreements, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, etc.

Qualifications:
• At least 6 years of legal experience in either a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience negotiating with Labor unions and handling CBAs
• Juris Doctorate degree and licensed in Texas or another U.S. State
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
